What should the output temperature of a heat pump be?

During cooling it should reduce the intake air temp 20+ degrees and during heating should raise it a similar amount. So, if your house temp was 50 degrees (burrrr) then the heat pump might only produce air that is 72 degrees. If your house was at 60, then output air is low/mid 80’s and so on.
