What is the difference between VRF and water-cooled VRF?

It has a blower fan and cooling coil. It uses ambient air to carry away the heat. On the other hand, the water-cooled VRF system uses water to carry away the heat. It usually connected to cooling towers where the heat dissipates to the surrounding through evaporation.
