The E2 error code on a Goodman furnace is usually the error for a low stage pressure switch stuck open. The drain tubes inside the furnace could be full of moisture or clogged with build up, that can prevent the pressure switch from properly functioning. You can try cleaning these drain tubes, if you are confident in doing so.
